AL FLY BED AND BREAKFAST
The reservation is to be considered completed only after the payment, by money order or wire transfer.
The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival directly to the B & B manager who will welcome you and give the access key for the rooms that will be available from 12:00 pm.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, if not made within 15 days from the date of arrival, the amount corresponding to the deposit will be completely withheld.
Early departures and various waivers are not refundable.
On arrival, you must provide an identity document for both adults and minors.
No pets are allowed inside the structure.
it is forbidden to host friends, relatives or other people who will not lodge in the B&B without requiring advance permission to the manager.
It is forbidden to eat in the rooms.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in all rooms of the B&B (stairs and/or kitchen).
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony kitchen with special attention on windy days.
It is forbidden to throw into the toilet anything that could obstruct the plumbing.
There should be an appropriate silence from 11 pm to 8 am.
At all other times of the day you have to respect the tranquility of all guests.
Take care to turn off the lights of your room before you go out and make sure you have stopped the shutters and windows, especially in the case of wind and keep clean and tidy all the internal and external environments.
On the day of departure you must: leave the room before 10 am to allow the final cleaning, deliver the keys of the room and entrance.
If the key is lost there will be a penalty of € 10.
If the customer damages the property or furniture, will be responsible and will refund the damages.
No responsibility taken for loss, theft and damage to objects of your property left in the rooms of the B&B.
Cleaning will be carried out every 4 days and include bed linen, towel change, room cleaning, bathroom cleaning.
It will be our prerogative to ensure maximum hygiene in the facility.
